NU – Neutralizing Filters:
Often times Rain and Well Water have pH levels that are less than 7. Rain water is 6.5 and Well water needs to be tested for its pH level. Water than is less than 7 is acidic/corrosive in nature. Your water test make recommend the addition of a neutralizing filter to bring the pH back to 7. Have your water tested – to make sure that it is not hurting your plumbing.
